I managed to get in a walk between rainstorms today. It felt good to just stretch the legs and breathe some clean air. I swear I've done more since returning than before I went out. That's good. Maybe I'll walk more often.
After last night's crit group, I feel more confident about the Man Killer story than ever. Both my crit groups had constructive things to say about the writing, but everyone likes the story. I feel inside that this is a good book. Now I know it and have more inner urging to work hard on it telling it the best I can.
I don't have much to talk about. There isn't much on tv I care about. I watched about five minutes of American Idol last night. They're in the rude stage so I'll skip it. Watching people be verbally abused and discouraged is not my idea of entertainment. So what if the 'industry' is hard on people? Thanks for buying into that bull AI, and adding to it. That's the way to make it better, huh?
